It is a translation prepared by a sworn translator and certified by a notary. We recommend confirming in advance whether the institution you'll submit the document to requires notarization.
What do I need to send to get a quote?
A readable copy of the document, the source and target language, the institution you'll submit it to, and your expected date, if any, are enough.
Do I need to hand in the original document?
A readable digital copy is enough for most processes. Where the original is required, our project manager will let you know when the request is placed.
How do you work on corporate projects?
For ongoing work, we build a term list and continue with the same team and terminology. We share the scope and delivery plan in writing at the start of the project.
Do you send the translation by post or courier?
Yes. Your translation is sent as a digital copy; printed or notarized copies are shipped anywhere in Türkiye, or delivered by courier within Istanbul. You can also collect it from our office in Fatih.

- Bus: the İETT Yavuz Selim stop is about 50 metres from the office; Nişanca, Malta and Fatih stops are close by.
- Metro: about a 10-minute walk from Emniyet–Fatih station on the M1 line; Aksaray (M1, T1) is about 15 minutes.
- Tram: the Fener and Cibali stops on the T5 line are about a 15-minute walk.
- By car: we are on Fevzipaşa Avenue; the nearest İSPARK car park is about 550 metres away.
